Walkthrough Inspections

Walkthrough inspections can be an option to the full home inspection if for whatever reason the full inspection is being omitted from the buying process. A walkthrough inspection mirrors the inspection that is done when the agent and the client go through the home just before settlement. It is also a good time to check repairs that were reported during the origional home inspection.
